Kingwin Optics’ Polarization Beam Combiner is designed to either converge two perpendicular polarizations into one fiber or separate fiber light into two perpendicular polarizations. This device is composed of a half-waveplate or dual-wavelength waveplate and a polarization beam splitter (PBS) cube. The PBS cubes divide orthogonal polarizations, while the waveplates act as phase retarders.
