Kingwin Optics offers precision polished custom aspheric lenses made from various materials, including optical glass (e.g., N-BK7, Fused Silica), Germanium, Zinc Selenide, and Silicon. These lenses are manufactured using advanced techniques such as Computer Numerical Control (CNC) precision polishing and grinding, and Magnetorheological Finishing (MRF), ensuring tight geometric control and high beam quality. For non-glass materials, single-point diamond turning (SPDT) techniques are employed for stringent precision control.
